Lee Harrington (Golf Pro) Evicted in Error

We strive here at People For Economic Justice to show in an honest light, the blatantly unlawful actions often undertaken by the banking sector. The actions occur during the repossession of homes and businesses from people who are unable to keep up with their mortgage repayments. These people would like nothing more than to keep paying, but are simply unable to do so at the rate that they managed during the economic boom. The following video from TNS Radio, shows just how above and beyond the law these institutions believe themselves to be, in a situation involving popular professional golfer Lee Harrington.

Lee Harrington’s Home

And there you have it. Golfer Lee Harrington returned home one day to find himself evicted from his home. Lee was disconcerted to find his normal key not working, but also the electricity and water having been cut off. The odd part about this issue, which from the outside appeared to be a cut and dry eviction, is that Lee Harrington did not owe a single cent to any bank for this home, having made a very healthy living as caddy to Tiger Woods, and having won the Irish Open himself. Lee is currently in contact with his solicitor to deal with the matter.

This says a great deal about how the banks view themselves. They are so unconcerned about the law that they don’t even feel the need to double-check the address they gave to the Sheriff, when they dispatch him to tear families from their homes on a day-to-day basis. This Sheriff then clearly does not feel the need to double-check that the house in question was even purchased using a loan from that bank. They could in theory just hand out any old address, and have the Sheriff sell it! Not only do they break the constitution, wherein Lee Harrington’s home is stated to be inviolable save as to law, but even if that law did not exist, they are breaking and entering as Lee Harrington did not even have a loan arranged with them to start with.

Sheriff Breaks into House

Vin from TNS Radio took a trip out to 171 Beaumont Road in Dublin today, camera in hand, at the request of Ben Gilroy. Ben arrived at the scene earlier on, to find that the owner of the house had been the victim of a breaking-and-entering. As luck would have it, the owners and their neighbours, whose house happened to be adjoined via hallway connection, had taken it upon themselves previously to install a camera system outside the house. Imagine Ben and the owners surprise to discover that the house had been broken into by a trained Locksmith, under the instructions of someone calling themselves “The Sheriff Of The City Of Dublin“.

In total, six people trespassed on the person’s property.

The Sheriff Of The City Of Dublin

What makes this instance even more interesting, is that the owner of 173 Beaumont Road, having owed no money what-so-ever, least of all someone called “The Sheriff Of The City Of Dublin“, had also had their furniture stolen. The 70-year-old in question attempted to alert “The Sheriff Of The City Of Dublin” while he was on the premises before Ben arrived, but the “The Sheriff Of The City Of Dublin” ignored this information and proceeded to steal the woman’s possessions. On top of all this, the owner of 171 Beaumont Road was sent into a cardiac event, and has had to be taken to nearby Beaumont Hospital.

Luckily the “The Sheriff Of The City Of Dublin” and the other thieves did not notice the camera system in another room. This will be of great use in demonstrating the unlawful theft of the woman’s property, as well as the events leading up to the man’s fight for his life in the nearby hospital. Two members of An Garda Síochána have attended the premises and they have stated outright that the contents of the video footage “does not seem right”. This matter will be taken up against “The Sheriff Of The City Of Dublin” in the commercial courts, and an official complaint has been raised with An Garda Síochána.

Ben Gilroy Halts Eviction of an 80 Year Old Woman

Ben Gilroy, People For Economic Justice and the Anti-Eviction Taskforce arrived at the flat of an 80-year-old woman this morning at 10am. The 80-year-old woman in question had been informed prior to that morning that the Sheriff would arrive at 11am. Upon arrival Ben found that the Sheriff had already been there. He discovered a locksmith was fixing a new lock to the door, having drilled through the old one. It was evident by the debris left from the drill, that the old lock had been removed by force. The first video is a short interview with Vin from TNS Radio.

Ben kindly asked the Locksmith what he was doing, and upon hearing the news, asked the Locksmith for the key’s and informed him that what the Sheriff was doing was unlawful. The Locksmith kindly obliged.

Ben and People For Economic Justice then educated the 80-year-old woman on her rights and began preparation for barricading the apartment against further intrusion. Upon arrival of the Gardai to remove them, the 80-year-old woman asked the Garda were they operating under their oath of office. When they avoided this question, she kindly informed them that her home was inviolable save in accordance with the law, and asked them what law she had broken. The Garda left temporarily.

Ben and People for Economic Justice, have now barricaded themselves in the house, and are awaiting the arrival of the Sheriff, so that they can inform him of the same thing!

Follow Up From The 80 Year Old Woman’s Apartment

As you can see from the second video. The Gardai upheld their oath, taken under the constitution, and left Ben and People For Economic Justice to their business. What is most important about this video is that while Ben engages the Gardai, he speaks passively at all times, informing that Gardai that he has taken the actions he chose to take, as he was concerned about someone referring to themselves as The Sheriff wanted to take the property from the 80-year-old woman.

Update On The 80 Year Old Woman’s Apartment:

As of Saturday 23rd of September 2017 the apartment is still in the possession of its owner. We will post any significant updates as a new article if and when it arrives.
